KTIP TPA Template Instructions

1. Please read instruction page first. The TPA Task Template links are located at the bottom of this page.

2. The TPA Task Templates are organized so that some tasks open single while others open as a package of tasks. This will make it easier when you send materials to your committee members.

3. Open the desired template or template package, save the template, and give the document an appropriate name.

4. As you begin entering information on a template, please remember that where the prompt calls for a longer response, the text box will expand as you enter your text.

5. Remember to save your work.
